I waited since september for my mint timeline retrograde, and while i like the overall build of the case there was two dealbreaking issues. The hour hand on my model runs like 20 mins behind by visual angle. It's really annoying. I suspect this is why switched to the "date window" hour for their newer models. Second, someone put the link pins in backwards which makes it impossible to remove a link. Very strange. I really really wanted to like this watch, and i do love the look of it but seeing he hour marker constantly slow is very frustrating, especially after having waited for so long.

order this watch by mistake; confused at first, after much work got the watch set the correct time. had to use a Sharper Image glasses read the dial. will not purchase another watch frim Xeric

The watch I received was defective. I was authorized to return it. I have yet to receive my replacement.

You shipped international with DHL commerce. It has been a month since the order and nothing has arrived. I get Amazon orders and iHerb orders in 10 days. I was going to buy a second watch on sale, but not til I received this one. The sale will be over so that isn't going to happen. I have a watch that I bought on Kickstarted years ago and I love it, but this is too much.

The design is so cool but the watch seems to have something loose in the case, I don't think watches should rattle when flipped over

The design of the watch, in particular the magnifier hour indicator makes it hard to read. The color I chose also makes it hard to read in low light. The execution of the movement is great.

Nice watch, but, really? No backlight? The nighttime luminescence is sadly lacking in any form of usefulness.

Watch felt cheaply made and was very hard to read the time. Band color was very different then what appeared on-line

Watch was almost unusable after just a couple of months. Crown is almost impossible to turn, and the watch holds about 10 hours worth of reserve. After contacting customer service I was just told to turn the crown 40 times, which A is almost impossible because of how stiff it is, and B isn't a solution to the issue I was facing. I wouldn't buy another to be honest.

Disappointed with the watch. The watch does not have night illumination as advertised and the sapphire glass is not crystal clear. Not worth the price. The watch button by the side had no function. Just decorative only.

Hello there! Thank you for your recent order. All of the pushers and crown do function on this model. By chance, have you reviewed the manual posted on our website? This is a chronograph model, which operates a variety of features. For the lume, we do always recommend that you charge it with natural or UV light as that is what creates the last luminescence. Not my cup of tea. Difficult to read time, not luminous at all. Just started to use, so can't return. Make seems good though. I wanted to get nasa next, but changed my mind. No more experiment.

It was nothing I really desired nor wanted in their options of random watches unfortunately to my taste. Just buy what you’re comfortable with in the end.

Loved the watch, really happy with the quality and fit but unfortunately it broke today. I started the chrono and it won’t stop or reset. Waiting on a response from the company

The watch keep stopping intermittently since day one. It was a present for my Son and this is disappointing. Failed to get watch repaired by Xeric. Xeric support personnel keep asking questions to show that the watch is OK. However, the watch simply stopped and failed to keep time. Need to get the watch repaired by an independent watch repaired as the Son likes the design.
