Hello Colin! Thanks for your recent order and review. If you check on the tracking link, there's a notice: "DHL needs further information from the importer. Next Step A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or please contact DHL Customer Service for further assistance. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL" Please note that the shipment requires payment of duties. Have you contact DHL as noted on the tracking? They will assist you with the clearance process.

“I want to love this watch, but it's just simply not a good looking watch. I bought the metal bracelet, and it's worse. I think an opportunity was lost with the metal bracelet in improved materials, but as it stands, it looks like a 1983 Casio bracelet (nothing wrong with Casio, but this doesn't match). So as much as I would love to like it, the Halograph III is my least liked watch of my collection, and the metal bracelet was a waste of money trying to resolve it. Two stars. One for the Seiko movement. One for the Ford race car on the back.”

“The watch itself is nice, but I have some complaints. The band had 2 red scuffs on it which I was able to clean, and the white paint on the case is dull and does not match the bright white of the bands, I have tried to overlook it but it does bother me.”

“Ordered in mMay Received in October .. The watch is great But the promise of to deliver it on the early part of July was not held. And I had to constantly ask to get info So it was a disappointed experience for a first buy.”

“the watch tends to turn around my wrist even when adjusting the strap. This is probably due to 2 factors. the curved shape of the bottom of the case and also probably because of the relatively high center of gravity of the case given its thickness. it's annoying and a shame because the watch is spectacular. I animate a large collection of watches and I have never encountered this problem before. So I tend not to wear it.”

“I was very excited, but on receipt of the watch, I noticed several details left to finish or failed to recognize. I appreciate the design, but the design edges into the functionality of the watch. I am all for giving it a good go, but I feel you missed the mark.”

Hey there! Thanks for leaving a review! Superluminova paint will last at its brightest for about 10 minutes, then decline. Usually after about an hour, you would need to expose the lume to light to reactivate it fully. “This watch would suit someone younger or possibly with near 20/20 vision. I find the numbers too small and really need to focus to understand what time is being displayed. The number layout doesn’t feel natural and only adds to the problems I have with it’s legibility. Finally, the two buttons don’t appear to do anything. Overall, a handsome looking, well-made watch. However, for me, it’s nigh-on impossible to read.”

“7 months to get here. Difficult to read if not in full lighting. I was assured the watch would be shipped before the end of the month (April). It didn't leave until May. Not nearly enough bang for the buck.”

However, they are made up of physical parts, so even at their most accurate, they can lose a few seconds each day.
