“Bought the jumping hour watch in gray. Like it OK, but not as legible as I thought it would be. The hour “bubble” should be bigger in my opinion.”

“I thought the grey would be a good choice and I liked the look but it's really difficult to read in even slightly dark light. Also I find the hour number bubble hard to see. I'm after moving might wrist around to get a good clear view. Overall, I'm disappointed.”

Hello Melvin, Please review the product page for initial setup and manual setting for the watch hours :https://youtu.be/U4XaW61E67w That will help with setting of the hours and minutes alignment. You can also follow the manual instructions on the website for setting to local time which must be done prior to initial use.

“I got the NASA Arthemis watch. The color is a bit different than what I saw in the pictures. It is a nice watch. I wear it few times and well, the design was not as fun as I initially thought. Nothing wrong with the watch. I probably will gift it to someone. Maybe I should have chose a different color. I also bought a mystery watch which I didn't like and I already gifted to someone. Pictures are great but it was not a watch that I fall in love with.”

“This is my honest review of the watch, Concept: 5 Dial:4 Design :3 Finish :3 Why the 3's well for one if you look closely on the back of the watch the rotor to be exact you will notice that it is not a custom rotor but instead a rotor sticker on top of it and in my case it was not even aligned properly . Quite sad fir a watch of this cost. Not a fan of the case too its a bit thick.”

“had one years ago but haven't bought once since, i was dissapointed in the manfucature and movement iun the original halograph. if anything, the idea of an automatic wandering hour, with a better power reserve and more minimalist display would be worthing looking at. the dials are too chaotic tall.”

“I really wanted to love this watch (Jettison). I eagerly waited on its arrival and after unpacking I didn't feel like the watch is worth the money. Maybe it will grow on me but I feel like the crystal is hard to look through and the combo of white hands and white dial and silver subdials is really suboptimal. That part is obviously on me for choosing it but I think maybe it is a design flaw. What is outstanding is the lume, no question. And it wears very comfortable. I guess the movement is also beyond doubt a quality quartz chronograph. My main concern is that it is such a niche brand and watch that I will never be able to sell it even at cost. So I will just hang onto it for a while and see wether demand sparks up in the future. I am sorry if the criqtique may sound harsh but that is how I honestly feel about it. I have buyers regret. I am in no way saying it is Xeric's fault though. It was my choice. Maybe I will get over it and enjoy it when spring kicks off and I get to wear it in sunlight.”

“I bought a watch from them... i had to pay import taxes, and i contacted them to order some additional links for the bracelet. They told me "we don't have them, can you buy a different bracelet?". The watch itself is wonderful. I love it. But the experience was much less than stellar. A real shame.”

Hello Andrea! Thank you for your review. Since the item purchased was a brand new model to our site, that is correct that we do not have parts or extra links, only the straps the watches come with. All straps do fit between 5 1/2 inches up to 8 1/2 inches. You are welcome to inquire in a few months as we may have parts in our warehouse by then.

“Hours counter for the chronograph function is stuck at 3 hours. Won't return to 12 o'clock position. Color is nice.”

Hey Brandon! Thanks for your review! By chance, are you following the manual instructions for time resetting on that chrono function? We keep all manuals posted on the website directly if you ever need that. There will be step by step instructions listed. I hope that helps!

“I backed the Invertor II crowdfunding campaign. The watch is beautiful, unique and well-made. I love the concept and design and feel it was well-executed. Unfortunately, the colorway I chose, (Vintage Mint) does not match the photos; the time display wheel is a much more vivid mint green color and does not match the lume on the rotor which is a paler green color. This was not communicated by the brand during the campaign, and had I been aware of it I might have chosen a different colorway. In my opinion, the brand should update the product listing with more accurate images. Still, I'm happy with the purchase despite this issue and am happy to continue supporting the Xeric brand. If you purchase this specific watch, be aware that what you will be receiving is truly mint green, not the pale off-white color with a hint of green shown in the prototype photos. If you're aware of this and it is what you want, I'm confident you'll be happy with the purchase.”
