Very cool watches. Wish the Lume was better in both the Holograph and Scrambler. Feel the Sapphire Holograph could have been made without the plastic looking dials on the chronograph and the bronze case kind of looks painted brown. The Scrambler is fine but the QC could have been better. The number fan is off center and the 1 is a little crooked. Would only recommend for the coolness factor. But at your price point that’s a tough sell.

bought the mystery quartz watch deal. was hoping for a retroscope, instead I received a halograph in a khaki brownish color. numbers are hard to read at night even with lumes fully charged. not my color pallet but the watch itself is a neat convo piece

My experience with Xeric Watches has been mixed. The company produces watches with great build quality and truly unique designs that most brands wouldn’t even attempt. From a craftsmanship and design standpoint, they really stand out, and when my watch finally arrived, it looked fantastic and came beautifully packaged. My issue comes down to customer service and communication. I placed my order in November and was told the watch would ship before Christmas. By mid-December, I still hadn’t received any shipping confirmation or update, so I reached out myself and was told there were delays and that it would ship later in the month. When that new timeframe passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, I had to contact them a second time for another update. Ultimately, the watch didn’t arrive until mid-January. Delays happen, and I understand that — but having to repeatedly chase updates instead of being proactively informed was frustrating and honestly took away a lot of the excitement of the purchase. It made the process feel uncertain and drawn out when it didn’t need to be. The watch itself is excellent and I’m happy with the quality, but better and more consistent communication would make a huge difference. I’d consider buying again if that improved.

Unboxing was fun as it’s nicely packaged. And the watch itself feels nice, substantial, but a little bit chonky. Sadly the colored cap on one of the pushers fell off in transit so now I’m left with an imperfect new watch. And the repair option just ain’t worth it. Buyer beware I suppose - I didn’t read the repair process before buying. I’ll still wear it when I want a conversation starter; unless you know the watch you wouldn’t know a piece is missing.

Hey Chris- Thank you for your review. In the future, please contact our team before wearing the watch as they would have replaced this for you outright. We don't repair band new items, we would just replace it for you and have the damaged item returned back to our warehouse. But once the watch is being worn and used, then it does void that process. The watch is amazing. The order experience … not so much. I preordered a watch in August with an expected shipment for November. November rolled around and I was excited. Nothing came. I understand logistic issues, delays, etc. Especially around Black Friday, but nothing came. Not a watch. Not even an email to let me know how things were going. Not even some sort of explanation/expected delivery update. Early December rolled around and I emailed customer service for an updated ETA. The answer was that it should come that week or the next and then parcels would be shipped. Waited two weeks. Still nothing. Emailed again to be told the same thing. Merchandise would arrive soon, and then be shipped. Nothing addressing the past email with the same response. When I pointed it out and asked to possibly change my order the answer came positive but extremely dry. Overall no real apology, empathy, or even understanding. The tone and experience made me feel a bit like I was an annoyance to have an update for an order with several weeks delay on the original ETA. In the end I was so busy I didn’t change my order and was lucky enough that my watch arrived on Christmas Eve. I work in CX and understand that lots of things are out of Customer Service’s hands but this is a situation that, if addressed properly, can make a customer loyal for life. Sadly … they failed spectacularly.

Bought the jumping hour watch in gray. Like it OK, but not as legible as I thought it would be. The hour “bubble” should be bigger in my opinion.

I thought the grey would be a good choice and I liked the look but it's really difficult to read in even slightly dark light. Also I find the hour number bubble hard to see. I'm after moving might wrist around to get a good clear view. Overall, I'm disappointed.

Hello Melvin, Please review the product page for initial setup and manual setting for the watch hours :https://youtu.be/U4XaW61E67w That will help with setting of the hours and minutes alignment. You can also follow the manual instructions on the website for setting to local time which must be done prior to initial use.

The watch lume only works if you first shine the flashlight on it and then only briefly. The watch is difficult to impossible to read.

I got the NASA Arthemis watch. The color is a bit different than what I saw in the pictures. It is a nice watch. I wear it few times and well, the design was not as fun as I initially thought. Nothing wrong with the watch. I probably will gift it to someone. Maybe I should have chose a different color. I also bought a mystery watch which I didn't like and I already gifted to someone. Pictures are great but it was not a watch that I fall in love with.
