The watch is very good. But the wrong model came, hence the marked down.

The watch is super cool and while I thought it might be too big, it does work with an average wrist size. The glass while authentic to theme leaves a lot to be desired. After two days of use it already shows a few scratches even though I was aware this was a possibility and took extra care.

We are so sorry to hear about the scratches on your crystal! The Trappist-1 features a hesalite crystal. All crystals are inspected before and after installation for any imperfections. This material was used so the high domed shape could be made without the crystal shattering or cracking when it might be hit against objects during normal wear and tear. The crystal can get small scratches or abrasions if it hits against objects. Luckily, they can easily be buffed out using PolyWatch Scratch Remover. Reach out to our team if you need some additional suggestions! :)

Bought a watch which is advertised to be limited to 75 pieces but in reality the back of watch says 92/100. Also, since I bought the last one available I'm quite disappointed I didn't receive 75/75 (or 100/100). Then about the watch: it looks nice but for the price I expected the quality to be higher.

We do apologize for the confusion, our Vendetta is limited to 100 pieces, as noted on the product page and not 75! Unfortunately, receiving the last one doesn't guarantee getting 100/100. We are happy to you were able to grab one of the 100 made in this color and we appreciate your feedback!

The watch did not come with an owner's manual and had to be printed out. The manual is only a small item of 6 pages. It would have been nice to have not to print this out for an MSPR of almost $2,000 and included it with the watch. The movement does not have a serial number on it, so it would have been nice to have at least a booklet or certificate with the production number of the watch that was shipped to the customer. The strap for the watch can be adjusted but can only be shortened by changing the length by moving one of the leather bands towards the case and can only be adjusted to a few positions before the end of the strap binds with the case and becomes very difficult to close the clasp after doing so and so it may have to be actually shortened by cutting off a piece of the strap, really? The customer has to cut the strap if his or her wrist is smaller than 2 or 3 positions before they have to cut the strap! Totally unacceptable! The watch is a bit clunky when worn on the wrist. The design is very nice and the quality of the watch looks to be well made. I have had the watch for about 6 days now and it is keeping good time thus far. I am a watchmaker and so I may be a bit more critical than the average customer but to an avid collector of watches, well I will leave that up to them to decide how they feel about the purchase of this watch and look forward to more reviews. One last thing, the winding crown is not big enough to get a good grip on it to wind the watch. This is an important function and more attention should have been given to making the crown bigger so it would have been easier to wind the watch.

WEll...I have not received the watch yet! The shipping of the watch was delayed over 4 months...but your team has been kind, reassuring, and seems like they are doing the best they can, with all the delays we seem to have in the recent past.

Just received my watch and I really like it very much also great build quality. But it was nearly 4-months delayed. I mean a bit delay is ok but 4-months is way too long at least you should have proactively informed customers of the delay. Even worse was that on the website the wrong shipping date was still there for a very long time when I already heard from support that it will be delayed.

On the whole I'm pleased with my purchase however I'm disappointed that an issue brought up by previous purchaser's. About the non locking rotational time dial has still not been addressed yet. Also would have been nice to have been told that the watches were manufactured in Hong Kong this is why my score is a 3 star and not higher.

The wondering hour watch is great in many ways. The hour dial unfortunately has no pull safety so it constantly changes time as you wear it. You have to adjust it every time you look at the time. Kind of a major miss for a time telling device. It is a bargain and a fun piece to wear. This has to be addressed.

it had a very strange billing information?,4 times the same bill for $197.80. that' a lot of profit for a $999 watch,unlees the billing is wrong. but it looks great,and the automatic piece of it charses quik. i'm not sure howe to chance the batteries on the quarts side clocks,because it is not specefied on the online manual.
