“It’s almost impossible to read the date because it’s so small. The Luminous does not last very long even with the light does not help.”

“My watch is exceptional. My rating is due to the hidden charges on the website. I am ordering from Canada. Website clearly states free standard worldwide shipping over $199. this is not correct. I paid an extra $20 in shipping and then was also contacted by the shipper to advise that I owed duty and taxes. An additional $34.00. There was no mention of this anywhere on the site. very misleading.”

“The watch itself is great though it is unfortunate that the numbering is slightly off. 48/500 instead of 48/50. Also not a fan of the band design but i will be swapping it out for something my style.”

“I had to order it without seeing it first, but thats something i knew. In general its a nice looking watch, but i ordered the red stone dial and there is pretty much no red on it, so it doesnt look as much as the picture. Also looking at it in person, i wish the dial case was a little different. maybe less rounded The packaging was nice, i like the light that was added for the lumen, the rear looks nice, and the style of the hour and minute display is unique.”

“While the watches look fantastic I am not so sure about the build quality. I ordered the mystery automatic watch and received a defect model with loose hands. The customer service communication was on point though and we are going through the return process at the moment. If this watch gets fixed I will update.”

“I’m pretty disappointed lately. I have been ordering some of the mystery watches, and I 1000% get that they’re random; they haven’t been, though. They’ve been the same model with a different color way. 3 times. Maybe that’s not fair, but that’s where I’m at. It’s frustrating. The value of the watches is not more than what they’re being sold for even if I were to pick them myself (but I wouldn’t anyway). I love your watches; I have 8 of them, including an original Xeriscope, and even that’s been a headache to get fixed and repaired. Just a bit frustrated.”

“Watches are beautiful, yes, however, some can be problematic in several of my purchases. But at least Xeric support is prompt and attentive and will resolve any and all issues for you within reason from my experience. They are all definitely conversation starters from both men and women alike. Very unique, bold, and makes a statement.”

“25 euros postage is huge. 11 euro tax is huge. It ends up being too expensive for 2 watch straps. 1st and last time I order not possible to pay fees and taxes for a 3rd bracelet. Damage”

“Ordered both the automatic and the quartz mystery watches. I am not thrilled by either of the watches. The quality is fine, but the watches just do not interest me. I gambled and now have two watches I probably will not wear. Please be careful ordering the mystery watches. I should have paid the price and bought the Tryptych or the Vendetta.”

“I purchased the mystery automatic recently this is my review after a week of ware. I received the green face atlasphere. Some positives would be very interesting to look at, the horween leather band is gorgeous and will patina nicely if cared for, also attractive movement. Some cons would be the back cones out to make it sit above your wrist like a ufo, all roman numerals but the 4 is IIII vs. IV, the sphere would look better inside vs above hands of watch.”

“the watch I purchased looks amazing and works great, my only disappointment is the numerals are so tiny I have to put glasses on to read the time!! how about putting a MAAGNIFYING window to each of the hands? also could do with some fluorescence to numbers”

“Beautiful Leadfoot. Unfortunately there is a piece of fluff under the front facing glass. Also wish I'd realized there is no lume. Had to find this out when I was doing a drive and the sun went down.”

“I have a blue Halograph III and a gunmetal Atlasphere. These are both good watches in several aspects. The only reason I am writing this review is for a major downside of both. They are advertised on the Xeric site to have extreme lume in the dark. However, as tested several times, they have ZERO lume. This is quite disappointing as this was a major consideration of buying each watch. I can only hope you remove the lume pictures from your site. I do like the look of both watches and may have bought another, however the lume issue has deterred me considering another Xeric.”

“Hi there Designs are nice, and so is very nice the sapphire sphere. However the "feeling" is not still of a quality watch. Probably a too thick case, even on the quarts mechanisms as the ones I have bought. The glooming paint is not really powerful and the effect is lost in the night and does not glitters as the videos show. Casing is very basic. Not important for me but you could save volume and use a more refined cage instead.”

“The watch is beautiful in the daytime. The problem is that the luminosity lasts for about 15-20 minutes making it useless at night. I laid it on the windowsill on a sunny day for the entire day and still hardly any luminosity. If it could just stay lit it would be a show stopper.”
