I ordered a watch strap to replace mine that is worn out. The one that arrived didn't fit the watch. I sent a request to find out how to order one that fits (Holograph 2) but never got a reply...

Never had the chance to experience this watch. Considering DHL did not directly ship it to my doorstep. The watch got lost on the way. Probably ordering within the US it's fine. Suggest Xeric improves the shipping experience. Hope they try to ship it ones more with an alternative logistics provider.

the watch has been returned by the courier agency to you citing deficiciency in paper work. I have emailed you to try and despatch the watch through other courier agency or refund the cost paid but have received no reply till date

Hello Shiva- Please note that our team cannot reply outside of our business hours. I do see that our customer service has reached out to you. The issue lies unfortunately within the carrier current restrictions, as they were provided with multiple copies of documents to clear the shipment. Sometimes this happens and items might be returned back to us. We do apologize and our team will offer some additional shipping or refund options.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to tell what time it is because the deleniations are every 15 minutes. EXTREMELY IMPRECISE. It is IMPOSSIBLE to tell if its 10:15 or 10:05!!! WORTHLESS WATCH!!!

Please note that in addition to the 15 minute indices, there are also additional minute indices along the dial track in black and white. I am writing regarding my recent order, which was shipped to me via DHL. Unfortunately, the package, which contained the watch I purchased, was returned to you without any prior notice or explanation. I was not contacted, and no delivery attempt was made to my knowledge. This return was carried out unilaterally by DHL, and I had no opportunity to intervene or receive the item. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this order, as the situation was entirely beyond my control.

Hello Sergio, We are sorry to hear that the carrier was not able to deliver your order. It does appear that our customer service team has already addressed this issue via email. Duties are required on expedited international orders, so if they are not paid, the item can be returned or held unfortunately. For this reason, we do always recommend actively following the tracking for updates. Once the item has returned, our team is happy to process a refund.

I love Xeric watches! The watch design, the owner’s creation story, everything. But they lost me with their customer service. I purchased three watches from Xeric. My final purchase was the “Mystery” Watch. I purchased one of the "Surprise Mystery" watches and I did not like the model they sent me so I emailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for a different Xeric model. I was a good customer and offered to spend the difference on a higher priced watch if they would allow the return and let me credit that money toward a different Xeric model. Customer service told me that there was nothing they could do and that I should try to sell it on eBay because I couldn’t return it. Since then I have not purchased a watch from Xeric. I would love to buy another Xeric! I actually had my eye on the Invertor models. I love the design! I like the company and the watch designs. I would still be open to buying from Xeric if they would allow me to swap. The watch I would like to return is still new, un-warn and in the box and I will immediately pay the difference for one of your invertor models. I feel like this is a reasonable request and I would love to be able to once again sing praises for the Xeric brand and how they take care of their customers.

Hello, at the time the Mystery watches were final sale and this was noted on the product page. We've since updated our policy that Mystery watches can be returned for store credit less a restocking fee. There's a risk with Mystery Watches that you won't like the watch you receive because of color preference or styling. We don't recommend buying a Mystery watch unless you are open to all models & colors of Xeric products. The upside to this risk is a big discount to get one of our products. Sorry you weren't happy with the previous terms of sale, but we hope you'll give us another chance - but maybe steer clear of the Mystery watch offer.

Hey Abraham, We're sorry to hear you haven't received your item yet. It looks like your tracking link is still actively updating. Duties were owed on this shipment back in December. Usually, you can click directly on the tracking to arrange payments through the carrier website. Since the window to pay duties has closed, the carrier returned the item back. I do apologize. The crystal is scratched/scuffed after 1 wear with long sleeves. The watch will be unwearable in the summer. Super disappointed- it was a 10th anniversary gift for my husband and one he’s been waiting for for years.

I am very disappointed, small lume is only on the hands, at night it is practically invisible. very poorly legible clock during the day nad at night. Time delays need to be corrected from time to time. I do not recommend this watch

The pictures are misleading. My watch only has the hands luminous, not the numbers, like the picture leads to believe.

Hello there, By chance have you been able to review the manual? This watch does not feature a seconds hand, so it can be hard to tell if it's working right away.
