I can’t say much I never received the watch after some comunications via email they desappeared I am very disappointed I want my money back..

I wanted a wandering hour watch such as the Uwerk and others. But pricing for that watch is very prohibitive, even if you are well-heeled. I saw the Xeric and the high-resolution images made the watch stand out and look impressive. I placed my order for the Scrambler in Aqua Blue. With the 10% off I was excited and awaited delivery. When the package arrived and I picked it up and my 1st thought was ...OH NO, Because the box seemed to be very lightweight as if there was nothing inside. Got inside, opened the box and was immediately disappointed when I removed the watch from its package. My suspicions were confirmed. This was a very inexpensive watch made with a Japanese movement. The case although well done was a very lightweight material, with no heftyness to it at all. Despite having an exhibition rear, the timepiece disappointed me in the following areas: Presentation Quality Feel Weight of materials (I like a somewhat heavy watch) Quality of materials The appearance longevity After trying on the watch it did not match the presence of my Certina or any of my Omega Chronos. I also have a H2O GMT and the Xeric was no match. Even some of my Invicta automatics gave off a better visual presentation and feel when worn. So in the end it was not a timepiece that I would show off to my buddies who are also collectors. I have approx 18 timepieces and was hoping to add two of the Xeric's to my collection, the Scrambler and the Vendetta II, of which the latter looks impressive and bold. But my experience with the scrambler has thwarted any future purchases from this brand. Perhaps if the prices were in the low hundreds it may be worth a second look. But in this case, this timepiece has looks only and nothing else. For the collector who appreciates good craftmanship and wants something he is not only proud to own, but proud to wear the Xeric falls short of expectations, way short and at that price point. D. Generally within 24 hours, and we also have live chat available if you require a response sooner. An agent has sent an email to confirm your shipping address and provide additional follow up information.

Be happy to write a review however, you won’t post it. I chose the automatic mystery, watch deal and received one of the watches that I’m sure that you can’t sell that square ugly calendar looking thing I am very impressed with everything else you have however, this hunk of unsightly Mass it’s just going to get tossed in the dumpster if I can’t return it for something that I would be proud to show off

The watch is a pretty thing with many little nuances that make it an interesting piece. Unfortunately, those are the only good things I have to say. The winding mechanism is stiff and the crown is tiny, making it extremely difficult to wind. The design sacrifices useability, readability, and wearability significantly. It stopped running and I lost my ability to wind it

The design of this watch misses a very important feature: arrow head pointing to the minute mark. The watch could not tell us the minute of current time. We could only know that it is around that 5 minutes near the big number on the hour disc. I found that the minute arrow head does exist in other XERIC’s watches, but just not in Triptych. There are other design elements which makes this watch look like a toy. I do welcome XERIC to approach and discuss with me in this regard. Michael SIT FHH Watch advisor Watch collector

Website is built to deceive. NOWHERE does it mention quartz watches on the description page of each watch. It says "chronograph" instead of quartz watches. It says "automatic" for automatic mechanical watches. Shameful! I will NEVER BUY A WATCH FROM THEM AGAIN!

I received a badly cracked watch -- twice! This is the first negative review I've ever written about anything. I ordered this Xeric watch as a Christmas present and we opened it on Christmas Day to discover it was terribly cracked. I reached out to Xeric and they asked me to return the watch in exchange for a replacement. I was initially told that a new one would not be shipped until the damaged watch was received (not once I sent it). I was offered a $20 refund to cover the shipping costs or a $30 store credit (meaning I'd pay $20 in shipping out of pocket and a bonus of $10 to buy another one of their unreliable products). It's absurd to offer a $30 store credit when I'm meant to pay for the shipping for an item that arrived broken, but I digress. Fortunately, the customer service rep expedited the shipping process and for that I was appreciative. I have still not received a refund for the shipping of the first watch, three weeks after sending them the tracking number. The second watch arrived three weeks after shipping out the original one. Excitedly, I opened the box to discover this watch was cracked just as badly if not worse than the first one. Abysmal. In recap: I've waited five weeks for a watch that arrived broken twice, sent seven emails about it, will have to package/drive to/ship the box back a second time (hoping I'll get my $40 refunded) and will ultimately be watch-less.

Never received a confirmation of my purchase couldn’t get a response from “ customer service “ never received my “watch”..but still got charged wasn’t able to track my purchase I also payed for the “ insurance “ ended up reporting my experience to my credit card company to have them take care of it … Won’t ever buy anything from this website… Should I tell you how I really feel….

Please kindly note, that your watch isn't supposed to be shipped until February of 2023, as clearly noted on the product page. As previously mentioned in our email to you, we always recommend you just email our team if you wanted to inquire or cancel. Bank chargebacks can take months to return the funds to your account, and we are happy to cancel and refund if you were just to shoot us an email. We could have just cancelled and refunded the same day. No need to ever go the chargeback Route. If you are able to contact your bank and cancel the chargeback, We can still cancel and refund. We would just need a letter from your banking institution closing the chargeback. If you still wanted the pre order item, you will still need to close the chargeback. In the meantime, we will place a hold on the order and please let us know if you have any questions.

I was disappointed with the quality. It stopped working within an hour and after inspecting it closer I saw that the raised part that has the numbers printed on them wasn't center but was tilted to the right. The back plate of the watch also seemed to be put on upside down. I love Xeric watches but I dont know what happend with this model to drop in quality. I understand that mistakes happen especially when they have 1000s of watches to go though. But it was still disappointing to get this after pre ordering and waiting. Customer service has been great so far so that's a plus. I hope to get store credit for this one and order something else..
