I bought the watch in may. They said I would receive it by September at the latest. It’s now November and I still don’t have it. I’m starting to wonder if I got swindled.

Watch strap showing delivered to Germany..I love in Ireland, so no strap for me!

Hi Jason, Thanks for your review. As you know from our Customer Support correspondence with you, The United State Postal Service (USPS) recycles tracking numbers. Once the number has been reassigned to a new shipment, the tracking should being to update within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that has not been the case lately. Rest assured, we have confirmed with our warehouse that your tracking number has been assigned with your correct shipping address and information. We have a large number of customers experiencing this same delay in getting any tracking information. Many customers never received any tracking updates but received their watch. It seems like the shipments are on their way, but their tracking is not being provided to us. If for some reason you do not receive your shipment, we can assist you with activating Route Package Protection to cover your shipment. We appreciate your continued patience. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns via our Customer Support correspondence.

Watch arrived with damage strap and the watch doesn't save time correct because a defect.

Sorry but I'm a little bit disappointed. I was expecting something more special. The difference with the same model automatic is huge.

Was a surprise watch, didn't like, doesn't worth the price paid. Tried to return and not return accepted. Stay away for this company. Don't buy from them, period.

Up to 36 hours power reserve. Will not be running in the morning after approx. 7 hours sleep. -10/+30 sec per day. I wish. Give me a full refund and I'll send it back tomorrow. Other than that its a cool watch. But a watch needs to keep proper time and keep running. I have many mechanical watches and this rates near the bottom.

El reloj es bastante bonito y de calidad en sus componentes. Tiene un problema, la corona que mueve el dial esta demasiado suave y hace que este se mueva solo haciendo necesario reposicionarlo para poder leer correctamente la hora. He escrito dos veces a Xeric para poder solucionar este problema y no he recibido respuesta. Muy poco profesional Después de escribir esta reseña Xeric se puso en contacto conmigo para reconocer un fallo en el diseño y dado que ya había usado el reloj, hacerme un descuento de 75$ por este defecto. Han transcurrido más de 10 días y no he recibido ese descuento prometido. Envíe un mail para reclamarlo y no me han contestado. Muy decepcionado

Hi Victor, The Regulator Automatic you ordered does not come with a battery, but is an automatic watch. Here is the link to the Instruction Manual.
