I am writing regarding my recent order, which was shipped to me via DHL. Unfortunately, the package, which contained the watch I purchased, was returned to you without any prior notice or explanation. I was not contacted, and no delivery attempt was made to my knowledge.
This return was carried out unilaterally by DHL, and I had no opportunity to intervene or receive the item. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this order, as the situation was entirely beyond my control.
