The customer service I received from Sarah and Alyssa was second to none.
I picked up my watch from the Kennedy space center and it had a cracked dial.
I contacted the team immediately and they were super helpful with the entire returns process and even offered me an additional watch strap as compensation for my poor experience with the Kennedy space center.
I can’t wait to buy my next xeric watch :)
