I own 3 Xeric watches. 2 work well, 1 arrived broken or nonfunctional. The latter experience has left me jaded and doubtful that I will ever make any future purchases from Xeric.
UPDATE:
I received a replacement watch and it is as of now, in good working order. I am highly satisfied with the swift service from Xeric and their associates and I will definitely shop for Xeric products in the future. Thank you, Xeric team!
