My first watch ever, purchased the Nasa Saturn V. It arrived with the crystal cracked. Smooth and responsive customer service, and very quick replacement. The new watch I was sent had a note saying I am the one lucky customer who now has the working original prototype for this watch. Thank you Mitch for stellar service, and for this! The watch looks and feels amazing, and I'll certainly add more Xeric watches for both the craftsmanship and the customer service!
