We were disappointed because the watch did come cracked but Xeric was great about exchanging it!!! They even allowed us to switch styles since my daughter decided on another one she liked better. This was her 16th birthday gift. Customer service was fantastic. The only reason I am giving the review a 4 is because the watch only glows in the dark for about 20 seconds. Seems like for the price it should last a bit longer. It was a bit disappointing since it is the NASA watch and my daughter is usually out in the dark looking at stars.
