First time arranging a courier collection and delivery, eBay item. Collection occurred later than advised but on the same day, got a call to arrange delivery and came the same day - from Wolverhampton to West Yorkshire. Was last drop, was late evening and driver was courteous and helpful (sofa, didn't want to get though the door!). Overall rather impressed, was also the cheapest quote by a hell of a long way.
