Dreadful service. Absolutely awful communications. Emails / phone calls to this company from my client who I was delivering the item to and myself went unanswered, it is impossible to communicate through shiply so we were basically kept in the dark for over two weeks.
The only time I got a response was when I threatened to take them to court, within an hour I had a emailed response and my client got his machine the next week but after nearly a 3 week delay he was not at all happy.
I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company at all.
