I have never used this kind of service before and was impressed with how quickly I received the item. I was kept informed through the process. The only issues I had were that I had to organise the pick up rather than the courier getting in contact with the seller themselves and that because it is only a 1 man courier this can be awkward for heavier items. I would definitely use this service again though as the price was a lot better than other companies ( May be because they use 2 men instead of 1 ? ) .
