We use Xpert delivery regularly for furniture delivery. On this particular one, we messed up and the warehouse wasn't expecting Xpert to turn up so they couldn't collect. It was our fault. But Ellie at Xpert managed to switch things around in order to re-visit the warehouse the next day for collection and saved our skin. Much appreciated.
