The whole process was fast, straightforward and efficient. My item ( a cooker) was collected very quickly from London, and delivered within a few days to me in West Wales. I was kept well informed, so I knew that the item had been picked up, and when it was on its way. The driver arrived within the time-slot and we were again updated as to a specific time as he got closer. Driver was really helpful, polite and efficient. Everything exceeded my expectations, which was great, obviously! Very happy and would use again.
