Xpert kept us fully updated as to when the item was collected & sent text messages to keep us informed & inquired when it was a convenient time for them to deliver the item. The driver was very polite & friendly when dropping of the item, even managing a quick 5-minute chat & a laugh even though we knew he was on a tight schedule
