Communication was excellent,(I got a phone call when the driver was nearby). The driver was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Furniture was well secured and a photograph was taken as evidence of the condition of the parcel. The best service I have yet to use and I highly recommend them to anyone.
