Ordered 3 items for my son for Christmas early December.
Only two were received, as at 11 Jan third item still not received. Have sent 4 or 5 emails chasing missing item. Only the first one was replied to promising a tracking number the following day. This was never received. Given the other reviews with similar experiences I would advise to give this company a wide berth. I haven asked for a refund for the missing item and this has also been ignored!
