“After making several attempts over the past two weeks to contact this supplier, twice via the online contact form and twice directly by email — I have yet to receive a single response. This level of customer service is frankly unacceptable. To compound matters, multiple items ordered in the same size were received, yet every single one fit differently, which raises concerns about quality control and sizing consistency. This alone made a return and exchange necessary, yet getting any response from this supplier has proven impossible. The dispatch time exceeded 4 to 5 days as suggested, it paints a very clear picture of an operation that is struggling to keep up with demand and unable to maintain basic standards. Inaccurate and inconsistent sizing, slow dispatch, and a complete lack of after-sales support are three very good reasons to look elsewhere. Buyers should be cautious before purchasing, there are far more reliable suppliers out there who actually value their customers. I will not be returning”

“Items arrives damaged. Holes in and split down seam. No customer service, emails ignored. Slow delivery and slow to refund and sort issues. Avoid this UK based scam company”

“Ordered a black tracksuit, it was terrible quality, thread hanging out from everywhere and leaves you covered in fluff (see pictures). Was told by them its a one off. Rip off!”

“Disappointed – Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication. I ordered a number of T-shirts for Father’s Day on June 10th with standard shipping. Nothing arrived, and there was no communication or update at all. I contacted customer support and was told by Amandeep they hopefully would be able to ship the order by this Friday — that’s nearly a full week and a half after placing it, with no guarantee. There was no mention of any shipping delays on the website when ordering, which feels misleading. I replied saying I wasn’t satisfied with this, but haven’t heard anything back since. Really disappointing experience, especially since this brand was recommended by people in our local gym group. Not a good first impression at all.”

“I placed an order as it stared " sent with 24 to 48 hours " when placed. I today contact them to be told " they are on pre order and delivery within 10 days" . At no where on the item page does it say this. I won't order again. Stay away.”

“I asked a question as to whether hoodies were 100% cotton and received a reply from Amandeep saying there were polyester cotton blend. I than said please cancel my order as I have eczema and cannot wear but cotton,note material not disclosed on website. I asked to cancel my order and was clearly told by e mail it had not been dispatched. I am told I will only be receiving a refund for the goods and not the postage, even though goods never dispatched. Do not buy from these onanists.”

“for the price, not bad. I received my order within 48 hours which i was extremely impressed with, however, i noticed as soon as i pressed the pay button, i must have accidentally put in a size small, so i emailed them straight away but they did not answer until after i had received the clothing. They said to send it back for an exchange and they will refund my postage. Firstly, they did not refund me, secondly, it took 8 days to get my exchange. Unfortunately, a company who does not keep to their promise and doesn't dispatch when they say they will does not make me want top return, which is a shame because it started perfectly.”

“Ordered in February. Finally received 1/4 of my order, 4 months later, and they were 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Now here we are December, I have sent them countless emails, WhatsApp messages, messaged them on Instagram, contacted the owner himself, and still no refund, nor the other $250 worth of merchandise. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.”

“I have been waiting 3 months on 1 order and 2 months on another. They have just ignored me on WhatsApp the last 2 weeks. They stated your items will be dispatched in the next 10 days. Liars and scum. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to order more from them after the delay the first time. I genuinely believed that my first order. Which was MONTHS late. Was a genuine oversight. So I ordered again in good faith. Now I’m out £50 which they won’t refund and won’t dispatch goods for. Completely and utterly disgusting and disgraceful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Absolute scumbags. Took my money in Feb, now June... I swear to god I could have brought a sewing machine and made my own. Not that I wanted the items after 4 months I asked for a refund..... guess what no refund... endless false WhatsApp messages saying "money on the way" lies... pure scumbags. If they were truthful and stated what had happened I may have felt sorry for them. These people are the worst in the world, ripping people off and lying. Vile cretins. I hope you rot.”
