“I placed an order as it stared " sent with 24 to 48 hours " when placed. I today contact them to be told " they are on pre order and delivery within 10 days" . At no where on the item page does it say this. I won't order again. Stay away.”

I than said please cancel my order as I have eczema and cannot wear but cotton,note material not disclosed on website.

I am told I will only be receiving a refund for the goods and not the postage, even though goods never dispatched.

I received my order within 48 hours which i was extremely impressed with, however, i noticed as soon as i pressed the pay button, i must have accidentally put in a size small, so i emailed them straight away but they did not answer until after i had received the clothing. They said to send it back for an exchange and they will refund my postage. Firstly, they did not refund me, secondly, it took 8 days to get my exchange. Unfortunately, a company who does not keep to their promise and doesn't dispatch when they say they will does not make me want top return, which is a shame because it started perfectly.”

They just tell you they have paid the retailer so it is not their problem and to chase Xplosive Ape directly.
