I have been waiting 3 months on 1 order and 2 months on another. They have just ignored me on WhatsApp the last 2 weeks. They stated your items will be dispatched in the next 10 days. Liars and scum. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to order more from them after the delay the first time. I genuinely believed that my first order. Which was MONTHS late. Was a genuine oversight. So I ordered again in good faith. Now I’m out £50 which they won’t refund and won’t dispatch goods for. Completely and utterly disgusting and disgraceful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
