Disappointed – Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication. I ordered a number of T-shirts for Father’s Day on June 10th with standard shipping. Nothing arrived, and there was no communication or update at all. I contacted customer support and was told by Amandeep they hopefully would be able to ship the order by this Friday — that’s nearly a full week and a half after placing it, with no guarantee. There was no mention of any shipping delays on the website when ordering, which feels misleading. I replied saying I wasn’t satisfied with this, but haven’t heard anything back since. Really disappointing experience, especially since this brand was recommended by people in our local gym group. Not a good first impression at all.
