“How is this company still operating...wish i had read the reviews before i ordered....same as everyone else..waiting months no replys...no refund...no goods....something needs to be done ...has anyone had a refund or even had goods delivered? Please help...mickh0507@gmail.com”

“Same as everyone else. Ordered goods but no sign of them. No reply to my messages from Xplosive Ape. Worse still, I used Clearpay to pay in installments. They just tell you they have paid the retailer so it is not their problem and to chase Xplosive Ape directly. Just to be clear, my issue is not with Clearpay as they seemed to have no idea Xplosive Ape went bust.”

“Rubbish company. Ordered 24th Feb, still nothing delivered. Liars on whatsapp, tracking details don't and never have worked. Refuse refunds as apparently the items have already been dispatched. Common theme here it seems with everyone else. Oh and also the CEO tells you to email him and sends out emails to everyone saying how sorry he is. Which is a crock of Sh*t. Couldn't care less about the paying customer and just gives lip service. Don't use them. You are just throwing your money down the drain.”

“Do not recommend at all, stay away from. 2 months waiting on order… nearly 1 month and still waiting for refund 1 month on the email and WhatsApp with “Customer Service” excuses and promises to make it happen next week or refund - non of it happened yet. Disgusting lie in every email or message I have received.”

“Looks more and more like a scam site to me. After 1 month still nothing in. They promised me a tracking number two weeks ago...nothing gotten... From then on, no more feedback from the company.”

“Missing order on £23.49 since 3rd April 2022, no refund received, no order, conversation over the WhatsApp and email no longer in place, no answer for any of my recent questions. Item ordered after the 3rd of April 2022, on amount: £12.50(Sweatshirt) “XXL” size, it is just perfect for my son, his size is “M”…. No comments… just gave it to my son. No more shopping from this company. Do not recommend to anyone”

“Terrible. Made an order 14th Feb that's no recieved. Messaged their customer service 3 times since the 29 march and no reply. No order ever received. A quarter of a year just isn't an acceptable delivery schedule.”

“***PLEASE READ*** ***PLEASE READ*** Uchit Vadher is conducting illegal trading. His company was dissolved on 4th February 2020 and he should have ceased trading. Instead he continued to promote his items for sale and since December 2021 he has been taking peoples money and there has not been any deliveries. THIS IS ILLEGAL. You can search his name on Companies House for proof. Read all the reviews here, and on Facebook. You would be an absolute fool to buy from this con artist. Please for your own sanity - avoid. IF you are waiting for items to be delivered, please contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback - they will investigate and get your money back to you ASAP. Uchit should be ashamed of himself.”

“The company dissolved in January but still to this date 21st March 2022 taking orders and money from people fraudulent company I would suggest talking to your bank and contacting trading standards”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke of a company although we did finally recieve our order today...we ordered at the end of December so all that time we contacted and contacted and they were an absolute nightmare at replying. Kept getting told next week time and time again. Only when the treat of consumers right was brought up did they then dispache out order. We were promised free gifts at long the waiting time (and clearly making interest on our money) low and behold... Nothing free. We also recieve the items that were 'apparently' out of stock. Absolute joke of a company. Will never use them again. Everyone should boycott.”

“A company that’ll take your money but you won’t receive your goods or you’ll maybe see them in a years time if your lucky, absolute shambles of a company, could be very successful IF they sent peoples stuff, only losing themselves as now nobody will order from them, big missed opportunity for them in the business. What a shame! And to be selling T-shirts for Ukraine yet not be sending out is a absolute DISGRACE using a war situation to make money probably not even send anything to the aid from the looks of what’s going on with the company and to not send these goods out yet still preach about next day delivery for other stock is a JOKE!!!”
