I never write reviews but I've never experienced anything like this. I ordered a sweatshirt back in early February, after just shy of two weeks of waiting (told 3-5 days) I received a jumper that was blue when I ordered red. After over 10 attempts to contact the company on different platforms I got a WhatsApp message saying they'll get a red one to me in 24 hours. Today (8 days later) I get a parcel that was torn to shreds but with a red jumper inside that is alot smaller that the blue one and has had the label cut out of it so that I wouldn't notice. PayPal have agreed to refund me but my time is more important than any of that. I'm waiting for a response from the company as to what to do next. I would strongly advise you spend your money somewhere else.
