Placed my order on the 11th Feb, received half of my order on the 11th March and had to chase them ever since for my missing item. Whatsapp "customer service" are rude, evasive and lie. Myself and my partner used to really like this company but now we will never use them again, theyve let themselves down massively, shame on them... Thieves...
