Sent a hoody back as directed by them as it was the wrong size, sent it recorded delivery and they received it the next day. Every email and WhatsApp message has been received and ignored this is now going into the second month that they’ve had my item and I’m still being ignored. I won’t be buying from them again and telling everyone I train with not to use xplosive ape again!!!
