Shocking service.
Order placed 9th , no notifications of despatch. Messaged several times, eventually confirmed despatched to Hermes 28th. A week later Hermes still waiting to receive.
Cannot speak to anyone. They seem to send messages to fob you off. Ive requested a refund but still nothing or communications. They really need to read reviews. Another family member is having same issues. Absolutely disgraceful
