I❤️U balloon was OOS which staff never check and update system promptly that resulted a last minute call to customer on Thursday morning affected Friday’s delivery. Hope staff can improve on their CS and SA if encountered such recurrence and don’t offer customer a 20% disc. return voucher if it’s your mistake that item ran OOS. This was my first visit that I encountered such experience from staff and hope management can review on my feedback.
