However, the delivery man was inexperience to handle the delivery of gift/flower. This supposed to be a surprise and not the burden/inconvenient to the recipient.
The delivery man was collected a fee from the recipient and showing the recipient the order details which consist of the amount of the gift.
Unpleasant order.
