Ordered the bouquet on behalf of my brother to surprise his gf and turned up become a big “surprise” for them! They are very disappointed with the bouquet received!!! How can it happened??
Any QC check done before prepare the bouquet or just sending the leftover valentine bouquet? There’s soil or dust on the leaves? Flower with black spots? Roses turned dry? Or maybe it should be the way? There’s no issue when i walked in for collection but why when comes to delivery, the QC was bad! I have attached the photos of the bouquet. Please advise, thank you!
