Ordered 2 days in advance and paid extra for morning delivery, when I asked if can deliver before noon time because we had lunch appointment, the answer showed 0% of willingness to try and the flower was delivered within the time window but passed lunchtime (I don't live far from Paya Lebar), the product was ok but service didn't really live up to your name Xpress, the point is you may not be able to accommodate my needs but showing zero willingness to try really can lose customers heart.
