Good and fast service from XpressFlowers especially on a Sunday was above expectation. I appreciated Cris' patient and friendly service and her recommendations on the selections. Would have been better if she could suggest condolence messages readily, so as to help the customer complete the order quicker. The entire service was also completed with a photo of the actual flowers and a close update on the status of the order right up to its delivery. Very professional! Well done!
