Hi, We have been informed by customer service that Xpress Flower has delivered the wrong item to the recipient. They will reschedule the delivery of the correct item to recipient and will not collect the wrong delivered item back from recipient. In fact, two fruit baskets will be too much for the patient with digestive issue :). We have delivered the fruit basket to the recipient and redelivery of the correct fruit basket will reflect unprofessional arrangement. Although service recovery was offered to us but we hope that Xpress Flower can look into such issue and ensure that wrong delivery of the item will not happen again to us. Thanks.
