Poor management and internal communication!!!!!!!
I understand that Malaysia is under MCO now, that’s why I ask ahead whether are they able to send over the gourmet pack during this period and they confirm to me that they able to send. I order the item at Last Sunday and schedule to deliver on this Sat, 12 Jun. And the funny part is customer service only inform me on 10 that they are unable to send over. What the Fxxxk is that service
