In the begining, I were shocked when 1 of the item in my order was shorted. I were only inform on the delivery day. I expected my order to be exactly what it is as order was days ahead but never the less, Shan follow-up with me professionally. Seriously, I were disappointed as this is my first order with Xpressflower. But Shan try her best to "patch" it up so I guess I ought to give Xpressflower a chance. I hope, in future my order with Xpressflower will not be disappointing as there are plenty of florists here. Can't deny that others have better presentation than your but at the end of the day, do take attention at the customer satisfaction so customer will stay with you.
