There's something in the process that can be improved. When the flowers was delivered i received an unsigned delivery order in my email which doesn't help confirm the delivery was completed in any way. It would be perfect if I could have a snapshot of the flowers on delivery or at the very least a signed delivery order by the recipient. Would put the customer at ease of mind instead of having to call the recipient or trying to find out on his own whether the delivery was successful or not.
