The process is pretty straightforward. Though in my previous experience in July, its much better.
July Order - Asked the CSO if they are able to deliver and she asked me what flowers i am looking for, how many stalks and subsequently suggested and placed the order for me with my instruction to go ahead. (the last part from what i remember though i might had remembered wrongly)
September Order - Asked the CSO if they have any tulips and she basically just asked me to go to website and choose tulips under the flowers section.
