The flower was wonderful, my wife love it very much. But when we took out the cake for her birthday celebration, we found that the top layer had melted and topple to the side, it was so embarrassing. We received the cake at around 11:45am and it went straight into the fridge, there were no ice packs in the box and there were evidence of condensation on the topping. Call up the help line and immediately the operator arranged for a replacement cake for us.
