Initially my friend tried putting in the order using his phone, but kept getting an error. Later I managed to put in the order using PC. Quite of a few repetitive questions asking for the same information, such as destination address. The picture could have been better if indicate clearly whether include or exclude the stand. Was there an option for live chat or submitting an inquiry? I don't recall seeing that window. Overall, good experience.
