From order to delivery, it's been a smooth and prompt process. However, room for improvement on communication channel: 1) Order confirmation via Whatsapp 2) Payment link via Whatsapp 3) Order collection notification via email 4) Order delivery notification via email As you can see the communication channel is not consistent and it would be good if you can standardize the channels and preferably customers can elect the communication channel. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and it is a vast improvement from my previous order. Thank you for taking my feedback.
