Order process was easy and fuss free. After delivery, there was a SMS and an email to say someone has acknowledged. Shortcoming is there is no way I can check if the flower was really delivered as my client had 70+ flowers sent there on that day. It would be a hassle and sounds petty to ask her if she has received it. There is also no way I can answer your questions below on whether who made the delivery and whether the item was damaged. A photo proof would suffice.
