After I confirmed and paid for my order, I could not recall giving the name of the deceased as the message I selected did not require one. I was desperate to contact Xpress to check on my order. My WhatsApp did not manage to link me up with them but Xpress had the option of a Chat line. I Chatted with Venus on a Sunday afternoon and she helped to sort out the message part. Thank you Venus for being there! Yes, Delivery date and time was as arranged. However, the Delivery Order which they forwarded to my email was not signed by the recipient. I attended the wake and sighted the wreath. The flowers looked fresh but the cream Gerberas were not as vibrant as portrayed in the picture. Overall my experience with Xpress and its wreath stand was good. Thank you Xpress Flowers!
