Hi Sam, my recent purchase experience was not a good one. I ordered a new born balloons but 1 of the balloons came deflated. Your staff called and sent a replacement. Recovery is good, however I feel the initial contact with client should be a positive one, instead of using recovery means. I have been with XpressFlowers for a long time and I would you and your team do recognize that. Thank you.
