Very good follow through as I was notified that the order was confirmed, collected and delivered. The young lady that served me at NEX was very pleasant.
Improvement to be made: Computer processes at the shop can be faster. Took a long time to get through different pages of the website. Did not allow customization such as to come up with your own flower basket. The website only permits change of flower color (from pink to red roses).
I am giving a 4 star in the Review Box because the rating cannot be activated. Thank you.
