I texted the service team at 9pm on Saturday for an urgent delivery the next day and was attended to immediately by Nicole Natividad who understood the sensitive nature of the delivery request. The next morning, Nica called to confirm the timing and arranged for a team member to check and verify the timing and location for the delivery, just to be doubly sure the delivery reach the recipient on time and even send pictures of the flowers to be delivered.
