I was served by Ms Rou Rou. She is very kind, patience and helpful. I was very troubled because last minute needed to deliver a flower wreath and find it very troublesome to do it online. So I went down to Causeway Point and shared with her my concern and Ms Rou Rou was listening very patiently and also help me made phone call to check the timing I needed.
