A bit upset that the name on the message card was written wrongly. Staff should have checked again, as the recipient's family would have been more upset about this incident. The email that I received yesterday confirmed that there was no error. But this morning when they sent me the image in the mail I was shocked. And I had to call the hotline to inform them to change it before the item was sent.
