I specifically requested for delivery before 12pm (as the event starts at 12.30pm) on my order as well as confirmation with your staff on same day.
However, was disappointed that the delivery was after 12.30pm and the event has started.
It also made me very anxious as i ordered the flowers on behalf of my mother. She was very worried and was waiting anxiously.
Please do not promise if you are not able to deliver on time.
Next time I will not trust the words if your staff.
